— How it works

From signup to first qualified follow-up in four stages.

Every stage is resumable, designed for one business owner working on a phone, and honest about its limits.

Set up your business

Add your business identity, language, and operating details in a four-step onboarding. The dashboard and templates adapt to your business type.

  • Business name, type, timezone, and language
  • Resumable — refresh, restart, or switch devices
  • Honest defaults: email confirmation disabled for the demo, documented for production
02

Choose or build a workflow

Pick Cake Shop or Clinic — both ship with deterministic urgency and calendar behaviour. Or build a custom workflow with the guided five-section editor.

  • Cake Shop: within-24-hours urgency, conditional delivery address
  • Clinic: confirmation-gated booking, reschedule, cancel
  • Builder supports field types, conditions, outcomes, and follow-up defaults
03

Let the assistant handle the follow-up

Simulate a missed call directly in the app. The assistant collects fields, evaluates priority deterministically, and books a callback only after you confirm.

  • Text and optional push-to-talk voice modes
  • External STT and TTS — never browser speech APIs
  • Calendar actions require explicit confirmation before the assistant reports success
04

Review and act

Open the dashboard, scan the priority queue, and drill into any record. Mark it contacted, completed, or closed. Calendar history stays attached to the conversation.

  • Filter by urgency, intent, workflow, and status
  • Truthful calendar card — success only after provider confirmation
  • Records remain readable after workflow edits or archive
